Welcome to Gatherly.dk (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Platform. By accessing or using Gatherly.dk, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Purpose
Gatherly.dk is an online platform that helps people discover, promote, and attend social events, gatherings, and community moments — small or big, planned or spontaneous — in a relaxed setting.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and the security of your login details. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Event Listings & Tickets
3.1 Events may be listed, registered for, or booked directly through the Platform.
3.2 Payments for paid events — if any — are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.
3.3 Prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) unless otherwise stated.
4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets or confirmations will be delivered as specified when booking — typically via email or downloadable PDF. It’s your responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Tickets or registrations are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser.
5.2 Refunds, if offered, will be processed via the original payment method.
6. Changes to Events
Gatherly.dk is not responsible for changes made by event organisers (dates, times, content, etc.). It’s the organiser’s job to inform attendees of changes.
7. User Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully when using the Platform and attending events. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for inappropriate or disruptive conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, listings, and branding — is owned by Gatherly.dk or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Danish law, Gatherly.dk is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the Platform or attendance at events.
10. Data Protection & GDPR
Gatherly.dk complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law. We collect and process only the information necessary to run the Platform. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark. Any disputes will be settled in Danish courts.
